Message	There is an outer rim, center, and an inner rim on a wheel. This picture shows it perfectly: To say rims means only one part of a wheel. Without the center piece, there is no way the wheel could work. One piece wheels are not rims, they are one piece wheels or wheels for short. Saying rims displays ignorance on the enthusiast's part.
